The ginger is then macerated in a ground tank with neutral spirit for 4 weeks.
A refreshingly revivifying high-strength liqueur (41%) to be appreciated on its own as well as in any number of cocktails and long drinks. To be enjoyed in company all year round.
An instantly warming aroma of ginger, zesty lemon, sherbet and golden syrup.
